Beach was beautiful short access. Update the room fix the place

Location and living room was nice

the kitchen disposal was stopped up Back door to balcony didn't lock (safety issue) What if someone had a kid this just happen in fort Walton a kid fell from a balcony.. Dried food under eye of stove. Coffee or blood on wall on sure, corners needed cleaning in bathroom build up of dirt. Light in the bathroom blinked the whole time, maybe electrical issue.

Not a bad place to stay at all

Stayed at the Continental condos. Overall, a good little place to stay. Basically an old hotel room converted to a studio type apartment. Stayed in room 309 and the toilet isn't bolted to the floor, so sitting and getting up you dang near fall over! On the balcony, the AC unit blows hot air and there is nowhere on the balcony to escape it... So you either have to turn the AC unit off, in the room, so you can sit outside and enjoy the view, or you listen to the noise of the unit and feel the hot air blowing on you. There are 2 things I believe a condo /hotel /apartment should make first priority... the mattress/bed and the shower head!!! Bed was ok, but a little stiff for my liking and shower took a while to get clean as it has little pressure. Other then that, not a bad little place to stay. Every where we stay usually has a crappy mattress and shower head, so this wasn't anything we didn't expect. Would stay here again for sure. Clean and affordable. Right on the beach. Great view. Every room has a Gulf view. A few other things I could say, but they are more of a preference then anything the condo did or didn't do. So can't take it out on the condo.

I booked a two bedroom and paid for a two bedroom but when I was almost there I got details that I would be in a suite and had to stay in a suite even though I paid for a two bedroom the front desk lied about them not having any two bedrooms at the property housekeeping was horrible we call for clean towels which we didn't receive and when we went to the front desk they had an attitude the door was hard to open and close and the toilet was not stable the air conditioner kept up loud noise it was hard to sleep because it was so loud

Disappointed for the money

I like how it was just a few steps to the beach. The view was great!

Our balcony door was rusted open. We had to call maintenance to fix it. They couldn’t so they had to replace the door knob. We were able to close it but not lock. The outlets all sparkles when we plugged things in. The fan in the bathroom was so loud and had a 3 inch thick dust ring around the fan. Looked like a fire hazard. The toilet was very loose and would move when you sat on it.

Close to the beach

Poor insulation- heard everything.. Maintenance renovation room above which meant they were in and out of our room and the noise was almost constant. The room was not very clean. There was hairs left all over, including on the towels.

We will go back. There were no problems with the other rooms we’ve stayed in there.

We love the location.

It was clean and comfortable. The only problem was the bathroom appeared dirty so I cleaned it myself.The bathtub had been coated and the coating was wearing off and that made it look dirty. The balcony door kept blowing open during a storm and would not lock.

The condo could use some updating. A few things could be done to make it nicer, towel rods/hangers in the bathroom, a place to plug-in the coffee maker, better outdoor chairs…

I don’t mind old but I do mind uncomfortable.

The room was very clean and the view was great.

The bed and pillows were terrible. The door to the balcony wouldn’t open. Maintenance came and fixed but was still difficult to open at times. Some of the light switches did not work. There was no hair dryer or ice maker.

Waste of money

The location was great, close to Pier Park.

The room was not what any of the photos show and are seriously neglected. Tile was even coming off the walls in the bath. The air did not work and had to call several times and visit the front desk to finally get someone and a time when they would arrive. She was not understanding. What a waste of time. And you better bring your own bug spray. We thought it would have been better with them joining a resort group but NO very disappointed.

Won't be back

The view and convient to everything. Really enjoyed the beach. Girl at desk was snappy.

The bed was horrible! Very lumpy and we rolled to the middle where it sunk in. The refrigerator was not in the kitchen. It was in the sleeping area. TV was in a cubby hole where you could only see it from one half of the bed. The pool was not clean or heated as advertised. No game room as advertised. How is this a resorr?

Location on the beach was great. Pool was very clean. I side room was clean.

Need queen size bed at least. Outside building needs cleaning and maintenance. Flipper's Bar needs updated with all prices.

Location and how close to the beach it is.

I liked the property, I just didn’t like how you guys told me I was booking a one bedroom condo and it was a studio , I got there and was very disappointed, called you guys and was on hold for three hours , ended up staying there anyways , but very uncomfortable. Just don’t lie to customers

Our Vacation Stay

I loved the view of the ocean from our room! I also loved that we were so close to the ocean. I loved that we weren't bothered by staff, however, the staff were very friendly when encountered. I loved that the beach was nice and clean during our stay too.

Didn't like that the pictures I saw online for the booking weren't what we got booked into. I had picked the room with one bedroom and got a studio apartment with 2 full beds for us married couple. Also didnt like that we were only left 1 set of towels for 2 people. Would have been nice to have 2 sets per person left so that we didn't have to go ask for more towels.

The Williams will def be back!

Loved the view, very nice and less crowded private beach. Loved that the condo had chairs and boogie boards in it. Also liked the basket by the beach that had things for familys to use, sand buckets, floats, chairs etc. Liked that they gave us coupons to use and the traveling reward of 50$. Staff was friendly. We didn't wait long for our room to be ready. Good job Continental!

Only thing i didnt really like was that the fact the full bed wasnt in a seperate room. Plus 1300 for 5 days was super expensive.

The Air-conditioned room stayed good and nice..

Didn't like that we didn't have a Dishwasher the ice maker wasn't turned on for us to already have ice..Had to buy ice..Was late before we could check in..It was well after 6 pm.Didnt have king size bed like requested at booking..And for the price we was Disappointed

Close to Pier Park, sits close to the beach.

My booking confirmation states room with a balcony/patio. We were placed on the 6th floor with no balcony. As soon as we entered the room I called down to the office and was told there was nothing that could be done. Receptionist stated all rooms were booked and we could not be moved.
