This was my first time staying at a hotel without a reception, and it was surprisingly easy because everything was explained so clearly. My room was very clean, and the location is ideal for getting around Berlin, with trams and buses taking you almost anywhere in no time. The wifi was also excellent, which is rare for me since hotel internet usually disappoints. Thank you for every little detail, everything was truly great.
Honestly, nothing. I have no complaints at all.

The interaction with the staff was very prompt and the automatic key box outside worked easily. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast could be taken at a cafe on the corner from 6am. The tram stop in front of the hotel goes right to Alexanderplatz.
There was no lift and a lack of power plugs in the room was an issue.

Nothing all good

Very few hotels available in Berlin at the time so I was happy to have a room. Useful to have a tram right outside and a late night convenience store right on the corner
It was straight after a heatwave but the rooms were hotter than outside. Even with windows open full it stayed breathless and hot. Very little for your money.
