Absolutely charming! With upbeat vibe. My room was a suite with fridge, microwave, very quiet and stylish. The rooftop restaurant has panoramic views.
There were a few steps up to my room. The check in person carried my bag up so that was good

The location was fantastic and so easy to get to cool places to walk around in Old Town. I found the bed comfy and the rooms well equipped. Our group didn't use it, but the rooms had some kitchenette facilities available as well. The woman at the front desk and one gentleman who worked there as well were very friendly, though they had limited English and our group had limited Spanish, so communication was a bit of a struggle (but, they worked with us to understand how to use the door locks and such).
We had tried checking ahead of time to make sure at least one of our rooms didn't have stairs, as we had one person with limited mobility. Unfortunately, one room had stairs from the hallway and the other two had interior stairwells to the bedrooms, which was a struggle for our person. If you have someone in your group who struggles with stairs, this likely is not the hotel for you.
I didn't experience this in my room, but the rooftop bar is very loud for most of the night, so if you end up on a higher floor like one part of our group, you'll hear the club music most of the night.
