La ubicación es excelente, el apartamento está muy bien de espacio y es amplio, estaba limpio y la atención del anfitrión para resolver algún problemilla también fue muy positiva. El barrio tiene muchas opciones y el super casi en la puerta, y el transporte, aunque en 15 minutos estás en el centro. Lo recomiendo, será un buen alojamiento para pasar unos días en Budapest, sin duda.
El tener una sola llave para entrar a la casa y no tener un sistema de portero electrónico, había que bajar desde la segunda planta a abrir. Al ser 4 personas y estar varios días, hubo momentos que hicimos planes diferentes y eso era muy incómodo. La cocina tenía un equipamiento escaso

Bien placé, très bon rapport qualité prix, plutôt grand, bonne climatisation.
Dès le début, fuite d’eau dans les toilettes qui n’a pas été prise en charge par le propriétaire.
L’appartement n’est pas assez équipé pour la vie quotidienne : manque de papier toilette, de torchons par exemple.
Enfin, ce n’était pas très propre.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra na zwiedzanie piesze i komunikacją miejską - tramwaje i metro blisko. Duże mieszkanie.
Instrukcje odbioru kluczy bardzo dokładne i zrozumiałe.
Brudno - bardzo dużo kurzu (np.: na kloszu w łazience, na płytkach w toalecie, na kratce wentylacyjnej w kuchni), zaniedbana wanna, kilka elementów nienaprawionych (uchwyt na papier toaletowy, front sofy, kontakt przy łóżku), brak deski do krojenia w kuchni.
