Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The apartment was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and very well equipped. Having air conditioning and a washing machine was a big advantage, especially during a summer holiday. The location was excellent, with easy access to the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport.

There were, however, a few issues that affected our experience. When we arrived, the entrance to the building was unpleasant, with overflowing rubbish bins, old furniture, and a very strong smell. Although this was cleared away on the day we left, it created a poor first impression. The biggest concern was the presence of baby cockroaches in the kitchen cupboards and in the bathroom. This was quite disturbing and is something that should be addressed urgently by the property management. While the apartment itself was lovely, this issue significantly impacted our stay. If the pest problem is resolved and the building entrance is kept clean, this would be an excellent place to stay.

Lovely accomodation and great base for visiting Budapest

Bea was so friendly and helpful. She sent us a list of recommendations for places to eat and let us have a late check out. She gave in depth instructions how to enter the building. The area felt safe and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the place in general has all the facilities you need. Location is great to get around! Highly recommend.

Charming apartment, but needs some technical improvements.

The apartment is in a great location, right in the heart of a very cool neighborhood surrounded by bars and shops. The decor is really lovely, and we found the bed to be particularly comfortable. A huge plus for the host: she is extremely reactive if any issues arise.

The flat is on the ground floor, next to the elevator and the building’s entrance doors, making it quite dark and noisy. We also noticed some unpleasant smells in the bathroom, where the toilet seat doesn't properly fit the toilet bowl. Also, the gas heater is quite loud when running. We had trouble getting in: the code we received by email did not match the current one, and the key fobs to open the doors were not working well (it seems a new system was recently installed).

The perfect place to stay at in Budapest

Its very clean and spacious, I’ve rented only for my self but I think it was a waste of space, It could’ve easily fit 2 more people. Ive been to Budapest multiple times , its the first time ive been to a place that clean , it really amazes me. Not to forget how close it to most of the relevant places that ive wanted to visit. Definitely coming back!

Dat in ons eerste appartement kakkerlakken zaten. Met enige moeite zeg we gelukkig verplaatst, maar het was fijn geweest als we zoiezo ergens anders werden geplaats, want ze waren er van op de hoogte.
