Very good location right on the tram yellow line.
Washing machine was a great bonus although there is no electric dryer (they do give you a drying rack for air drying which worked fine)
Quiet, lots of useful kitchen supplies, good working AC.
The bathroom mirror had electric defrost and night light which is something I haven't seen before. Interesting.
The building is a labyrinth of oddities. Three separate keys required and two coded door locks. The doors lock on both sides. If you had to escape for an emergency say fire you could not because key is required to leave, this is a safety issue the USA would condemn. Walking in to building foyer you are confronted with the building garbage cans which stink to high hell. Elevator is a cold war leftover and it fits 2 maybe 3 people with a door that you have to manually close. I often just took the 8 flights of stairs. IF YOU HAVE FEAR OF HEIGHTS - The building has an open air courtyard which you must go around to get to the apartment. The balcony is maybe 21/2 feet wide and a 24" high small steel railing is the only thing keeping you from falling. Again USA inspector would condemn this.
Also big criticism the owner did not send key codes at 16:00 on check in day as advertised. I had to reach out to them and remind them to send it which they did around 16:30. Claim was the linen service was running late. Either way I think they did well overall so didn't downgrade review too much.

Clean and nice and quiet.
The bed was very hard, could not sleep as there were no blinds on the very large windows.
