Luxury Villa 5 mins from Disney with Private pool on golf course not overlooked. Genuine quiet location with management company local. The games room is fully carpeted for your comfort. Villa has the added benefit of free Unlimited long distance and International telephone calling. . New Walmart opened 2 miles away and also several local restaurants.

This home has everything you will need for a wonderful vacation! I was most Impressed with the cleanliness and the responsiveness of the owners. They went out of their way to insure we had a worry free time. The location is perfect, being close enough to get to where you want to be quickly with a safe neighborhood feel. I recommend it enough to have already booked my next visit!

We had a fantastic 2 week stay at the Villa. It had everything we needed and was just the right size for the 3 of us. We'd definitely stay here again on our next visit to Orlando.
Carol was a fantastic host, is really friendly and answered any questions we had really quickly!

This was our 2nd stay and we love this place.
It is everything we need in a vacation property.
The location is ideal for supermarkets, shops and Disney Parks - all within a 5-15 minute drive.
Universal, Seaworld and I-Drive are about 25-30mins drive (top tip- set sat-nav to avoid highways to miss out the I4!!!!)
This vacation home is clean, comfortable and spacious. 2 beds, 2 baths, kitchen, dining area and living room with spacious couch.
Swimming pool is fantastic with sun loungers, table and chairs. The pool area has the sun from rising at 7:30am right through until the evening.
The swimming pool faces the golf course to the rear of the property but has trees separating the 2 which provides adequate privacy.
Carol is an excellent host and is always quick to respond to queries.
Thank you Carol for letting us stop again and we hope to stay again in the future.
