Everything - location, away from Limerick City, the staff, food and drink, nearby amenities, it's peacefulness.
Had problems with the wifi connections but to be fair to the hotel management there was nothing they could do about giving the recent storm in September that left homes and businesses in Co Kerry, South Limerick, North Cork, and West Tipperary without power and wifi so that matter was well out of their control. Other than that everything was absolutely fine.

Nicely appointed rooms, great property, comfortable beds, attentive staff, delicious breakfast, 5-7 minutes walk to town.
Shower water was not as hot as my wife prefers.
