Room was clean and spacious for three

Perfect location, loved the little balcony. Room was clean and put together.
Only problem was that I was charged before arrival, and on arrival. The first staff member didn’t refund the second payment, but eventually I spoke to another staff member who did it with ease.

That it didn’t have anywhere to store luggage just left on view in reception until we returned back when are room would be ready, didn’t have tea and coffee in the room
couldn’t take food in, noisy ,reception door didn’t lock behind us and a man was trying to come in after us but another man on the street stopped him the reception should of locked the door seeing this , I booked 2 single beds it was €10 more than the double and we got a double bed and was still charge the €10 , £100 deposit I was told would be return yesterday still not got it or still not received the payment taken so charge twice , that shouldn’t be taken unless I don’t turn up
