Poor
Beautiful property however for the price we were severely disappointed. A gym was advertised as “good fitness centre” but when we checked in there was no actual gym on the property and the gym available was €10 and down the road. When you’re paying €1200 a night we’d expect there to be a gym. The breakfast was poor also and they had no sides. The only option was eggs or yoghurt and fruit salad which was tiny.

Excellent stay
Casa Mariantonia is an amazing hotel in the centre of Anacapri. We had a great time. Rooms are very spacious and clean with a large balcony. The staff are just all super nice, and do whatever it takes to help you. The breakfast is great. When you arrive, you are welcomed with complementary drink at the bar of the hotel. Moreover, they have an amazing restaurant in the hotel, a bit pricy but totally worth it. I can write pages and pages about Casa Mariantonia, the best is just go there and experience it!

Superb
Was assisted with taxi to and from the port and met upon exit of car park. Staff were friendly in their assistance, garden was nice.
Breakfast was nice to have but most things didn't taste too nice, I stuck to pastries.

Beautiful, elegant boutique hotel with a gorgeous lemon grove
I loved my stay at Casa Mariantonia. It's rare that a hotel is even better than the pictures, but this was the case with Casa Mariantonia. We stayed in two different room types at the hotel, and both were very lovely rooms - a nice mix of traditional and modernised. For the first two nights we stayed in a gorgeous Junior Suite (due to a special occasion, we were delighted to be upgraded for 2 of the 3 nights of our stay which was extremely kind of the team at the hotel) and it was very spacious, it was on the second level of the hotel and had a beautiful view from above over the lemon tree orchard. I had booked a 'Deluxe Double Room with balcony and Garden View' originally, and we stayed in this room on the final night. It was a clean, good sized room with a large walk in wardrobe for storing belongings out of the way. It had an incredibly beautiful outlook from the room onto a balcony overlooking the lemon orchard. I really enjoyed the restaurant (La Zagara) set in the hotel grounds, in amongst the lemon orchard. We had dinner there one evening and every course was delicious and great service. We also had dinner at the wine bar quite late on our first evening, which was nice for a more relaxed, tapas-style meal. We loved the pool area, it was chic and peaceful - with drinks available from the bar. The location is great, a short walk from the heart of Anacapri. I would recommend staying in Anacapri if you value having a pool and a little more space, and the ease of being able to get a taxi quite close to the hotel itself. We took some taxis (booked by the reception team and arriving really quickly) into Capri town at 25 euros one way, but we preferred taking the public bus when we had the time as it was very cheap and efficient. Staying in Anacapri also makes it easier to visit some of the attractions outside of Capri town, e.g.
Nothing - everything was great. You don't have a sea view due to the location in Anacapri, but I would recommend booking a restaurant with a view in Capri town for at least one evening and you won't feel you've missed out on anything at all.
