The check in / arrival process and staff were excellent.
The dinner and breakfast staff were non-interacting and not particularly friendly.

Lovely room overlooking the garden. The pool and sauna were lovely
Lamp base took up too much space on bedside table. There was no socket near the mirror to use hairdryer

No marmalade available .
Delays with coffee machine .
Limited choice for breakfast . I needed to ask for fruit salad bowl to be filled up
Unfortunately weekend staff not attentive or organised . Monday morning staff completely different and even welcomed me !
Better attention.
No one came to take my order for a cooked breakfast .
Unfortunately bacon was undercooked and presentation could have been better. Background music !
