Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.....book early for fear of missing this little gem.....plus great car parking facilites.

Everything.
The bed was super comfy.
The location was just right for a visit to Portmeirion, Halech and Barmouth.
Great area for local walks.
Parking outside our room.
Luxurious linen and towels.
Great deco.
Bottled water and milk in the fridge when we arrived.
Spotless and sparkly bathroom.
Great accessible host.
No bin in the bedroom.
No socket by the bed.
Fridge was a little tiny but we managed to squeeze our bottles and boxes in.
Would recommend a more sturdy mat by the door and a shoe stand for walking boots etc.
Washing up liquid would be useful and cutlery. Only has spoons for bowls. Good job we brought our own!. :-)
More variety of tea i.e. herbal. and biscuits.

Thoughtfulfully created facilties, fridge microwave and good wardrobe space, hooks in right places. New bathroom suite. Convenient parking. Friendly staff. Ultra clean. Some biscuits provided plus milk and bottled water.
High amount of cleaning products used - HotelsI have booked into of late have stopped using scents etc and I didn't think to let hosts know. There is nowhere to eat breakfast in the village, pity the pub does not open until 12 as they offer all day breakfast!

No breakfast it was advertised as having a breakfast. Would not have booked if I had known there was no breakfast. Thought it was overpriced for just a room
