The room and bathroom was great. Really clean, quiet and relaxing. We were able to take our dog also which was great. There is food available in the restaurant but quite expensive so we went elsewhere. Only negative was the nearest town had nowhere to eat out (it was quite run down) so we had to drive further afield for dinner but found a lovely pub called The Grape which did nice, reasonably priced food. I guess this hotel is a good base for hikers and nicely located next to zip world.

Excellent hotel in the countryside, so peaceful and quiet. Great room facilities, we got a free upgrade to a king room too.

Nice clean room, friendly staff and tasty food. It’s a long walk from the train station and taxis generally finish servicing around 7 pm latest, so it’s more convenient to drive.
