Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to give us information about the hotel and surroundings. Location very convenient and easy to access. Breakfast was simple but plentiful.
The room was a bit dusty and stained in places. The walls were very thin so we could hear all the loud noises coming from the other rooms.

Fantastic location
Clean & convenient staff were very accommodating & lots of messages sent at all stages regarding booking. Would highly recommend this accommodation. Ground floor rooms best

Central location in Beddgelert
A little difficult to find as the info on booking said a short walk from the village even though it was in the centre of the village.
It wasn’t clear that the breakfast was continental, it was very nice though , fresh orange juice, milk and cereals.

The location was perfect and the room was a good size but the bathroom was small.
The breakfast advertised as continental consisted of cereal/ porridge, yogurt, apple/tangerine n orange juice! That is not a continental breakfast.
The TV was really small n badly placed.
There were cobwebs everywhere n the carpet looked dirty.
We informed the owners it was our anniversary n so would appreciate a kind gesture (we would not have done that unless asked to do so on the booking form) so was very disappointed that we didn't even receive a "happy anniversary" at the very least.
Overall it was a disappointing stay sadly.
