The meals were all very good and the decor is lovely

Rooms were lovely, food was lovely, great location
Was a little disappointed a clean towel wasn’t left after two nights of staying when I left on floor in bathroom expecting it to be replaced. Returned home at 9.30pm to find the damp towel to be still on floor where I left it.

Bathroom door didn’t close properly (room 1)
No toiletries as advertised, just 1 soap dispenser for everything
Had to ask for hairdryer
Noise from Road - insufficient sound proofing
Had to order breakfast items the previous evening
Had to select breakfast time the previous evening
Not enough staff - the ones there were excellent but weren’t able to give good service resulting in meals being ‘dished up’ as opposed to being served
