A beautiful, clean property with easy access of Snowdon and Barmouth. Our room was clean and spacious, with a small issue with the shower remedied very quickly. The provision of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hairdryer were a great bonus.
The Jones family and staff were all lovely and accommodated our every request. Including going above and beyond to provide a room after we had checked out so I could attend an interview.
Our dog was welcome and the garden was absolutely perfect for him. The hotel was very clean, with no signs of dogs staying, and our boy was relaxed throughout.
We loved the addition of the games room, with pool table and darts. The food was lovely too. The bar was well stocked and visitors were complimented with locals.
Rather than being something we disliked, we would love to see the hotel provide breakfast in the future. The local eateries all opened later in the morning (9am onwards) which made getting breakfast tricky before starting an earlier day. Even if it was something cold and easily provided, that would be a great addition to get us going at the start of the day.

The large bed had a ridge running in the middle … one side firm the other very soft .. made for an uncomfortable sleep
