Location excellent to get to various towns and visitor attractions. Plenty of space in the accommodation and we had a superb view looking out on the hills. The bar was a real bonus, really children friendly (as we had our grandchildren with us).
The pool was quite cold but the staff were doing their best to sort it out. The sauna is out of operation at the moment.

We had a wonderful stay at this exceptionally well-maintained apartment. The property was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and having a private sauna was a fantastic bonus that made our stay even more relaxing.
The location was perfect, with easy access to many nearby attractions and places to visit. The staff were also excellent and very thoughtful. As we were travelling from London, we arrived late, but our keys had been safely left for us along with an envelope containing a map and clear instructions showing the apartment number and exact location. This made our late arrival completely hassle-free.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the excellent facilities, convenient location, and thoughtful arrangements. We would happily recommend this property to others and would love to stay here again!
Our stay at the property was very enjoyable overall. The apartment was exceptionally well maintained, the facilities were excellent, and the private sauna was a fantastic bonus. The location was ideal for visiting nearby attractions, and the staff were welcoming, helpful, and professional. We also appreciated the arrangements made for our late arrival from London, with the keys and clear directions to the apartment left safely for us.
Unfortunately, despite these positives, we experienced a very upsetting incident involving occupants of a neighbouring apartment, Lapwing Apartment No. 9, which significantly affected our otherwise relaxing family holiday.
We were visiting with family and friends simply to relax and spend quality time together. Due to Storm Austen, we spent more time indoors than originally planned. However, we were not partying or playing loud music, and we made every effort to be considerate of other guests. Unfortunately, our neighbours appeared to misunderstand the situation. Four young boys from the neighbouring apartment directed abusive and racist comments towards us, including remarks telling us to go back to our own country.
We were deeply disappointed by this behaviour, particularly as we were there with our families and children to enjoy a peaceful break. Despite being subjected to these comments, we chose to remain calm, respond politely, and avoid any unnecessary confrontation. We later attempted to have a reasonable conversation with an adult from the neighbouring group, whom we believed might have been the boys' father. Sadly, there was no apology or apparent acknowledgment of the seriousness of what had happened.
We reported the incident to reception, and the staff were extremely apologetic and provided us with the appropriate details for raising a formal complaint.
