Absolutely Godlike location with a lot of history and amazing views! Not far away from a mountain lake that is great for swimming in summer!
€140 for a hostel like room was the most I’ve ever paid for this category - but worth it.

The place was very warm and cozy, the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The hostel provided shovels to dig in the snow, in lack of which my car would have been impossible to move out of the parking.
The shared bathroom and the missing blinders (only a curtain to shield from the sun). But I think this is the norm in a hostel.

Great location, we had a modest but totally ok room. We also had great authentic food/wine for dinner.
As opposed to an excellent dinner, where we had been served by professional and extremely friendly waiters, some of the breakfast personnel were not at all welcoming (if not to say a rude). The fact, that they are loudly complaining about colleagues in the presence of guests and using private mobiles while other guests are waiting, does not really help to write a better review.
