Nice and easy pickup and drop off of keys. Great location in new part of town and close to work site and train station. Very clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

Excellent location. Wonderfully clean and comfortable apartment only minutes away from the old town.
The host, Sabino was the most wonderful host and communication with him was excellent. He checked regularly to see how things were and if we needed anything. He even picked us up at the station! His restaurant recommendations were perfect.
The washing machine was a bonus!
We would definitely stay here again if we return to Monopoli. Thank you Sabino 🥰
The only little thing is the lack of sun loungers on the terrace. The weather was perfect for a bit of a lounge. The tables and chairs were nice, but loungers would have made it perfect
