Clean & convenient accommodation

The place was clean & impeccable, fairly newly renovated, I would stay there again , it was clean the concierge Giuseppe was very helpful and answered to any concerns.Tge area was perfectly situated for all our needs, and transportation nearby.

i wish there was a outside view from windows but they were closed so no light coming in from outside.

Buena ubicación, cerca de playa y estación de tren. Piezas amplias. El personal siempre respondió en forma rápida. Buen wifi. Buena liempieza.

Artículos de tocador insuficientes por la cantidad de días y personas. A nuestro criterio estaría bueno contar con una tostadora en la cocina. En un dormitorio faltaba un mueble para el guardado de la ropa.

Niestety ale nie mogę polecić nikomu tego apartamentu po moim krótkim pobycie zaledwie 1 dniowym z zaplanowanych 6 nocy. Specjalnie szukając noclegu kierowaliśmy się czystością i nowoczesnym apartamentem bo taki wydawał się na zdjęciach. Kontakt z biurem był bardzo dobry do momentu aż zakomunikowaliśmy że nie jesteśmy zadowoleni z warunków i chcemy zrezygnować z pobytu i oczywiście liczymy na pełny zwrot pieniędzy. Pan zakomunikował że mogą nam posprzątać jeszcze raz pokój mimo że zapłaciliśmy dodatkowo 160€ za usługę sprzątania oczywiście przy rezerwacji nie było o tym żadnej wzmianki. Nie zgodziliśmy się ponieważ zapachu stęchlizny, wilgoci i grzyba nie da się po prostu posprzątać. Dodatkowo muszki kanalizacyjne latały wszędzie, pościel była brudna i podarta oraz kratki nawiewu klimatyzacji z grubą warstwą kurzu. Po wysłaniu zdjęć ścian na których jest grzyb pewnie od basenu który jest za drzwiami które były wyłączone z użytku oraz robali które są z wilgoci pan zaproponował żebyśmy zrezygnowali przez booking z powodów osobistych a oni potwierdzą anulację. Tak też to przebiegło, udało nam się tego samego dnia znaleźć nowy apartament a z tego się po paru godzinach wynieśliśmy. Niestety za takie warunki ponieśliśmy dość duże straty bo za jedną dobę odjęli nam od kwoty którą zapłaciliśmy ~1400 zł + nie oddali nam około 200€ za usługę sprzątania i klimatyczne. Nie polecam nikomu tego apartamentu bo chyba że chce złapać jakiegoś grzyba. Wrzucam zdjęcia na potwierdzenie mojej opinii.
