We had a wonderful stay at the hotel this time. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel truly valued as guests.
We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which we sincerely appreciated. It made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel’s location is excellent, especially if you are planning to visit Loro Parque. It is very convenient, and the breathtaking ocean views are simply unforgettable.
The only suggestion we would like to make is to improve the breakfast selection. We would have appreciated a wider choice of fresh vegetables and fruits, better-quality yogurts, and some porridge as a breakfast option.
Apart from that, everything was wonderful during this stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to the north of the island.

The hotel was nice and clean, but it did not entirely look like the pictures. The room was adequate, bed was comfortable and the view was stunning. The staff was very lovely and kind, the cleaning of the room took place every day.
I left a little disheartened. The hotel really wonderful and luxurious on the photos, but the reality was far from it. Starting from the food, I do not recommend the half board. The pictures of the food on their property page looks lush and fresh, the reality is a buffet of definitely-not-fresh food. We paid for half-board but ate out most of the time because the food was repetitive and not fresh, especially not for an island. Breakfast was ok but not like the pictures either. On top of that, while the staff was very kind and lovely, the did leave the door to our room open a couple of times after cleaning, which lead to someone stealing our console. We are now discussing with the hotel to see if we can be compensated for our missing Nintendo.
