Excellent location to explore the area and just a short bus ride to the Cable cars.
Rooms are spacious and we had a balcony overlooking the valley which was a plus (photo attached).
Johannes and the whole staff are excellent and attentive. Loved the bar area for pre/post dinner drinks.
Breakfast and dinner were great quallity and choice.
Spa with swimming pool and sauna was a lovely addition to relax after a long walk or if rainy outside.
Upon check out, they give you a marmelade to bring home, which is a nice touch and
Would definitely be staying here again if in the area.
Not negative comments but rather suggestions - I think
whilst soap was provivided, a separate shampoo and conditioner would be nice, instead of a "all in one" product for hands, body and shampoo. It would also be good to have teas/coffee machine and a mini fridge in the room, as well as some slippers for the Spa in case you don't have them, to go with the gown provided.

Great location. Cosy bar. Good parking. Friendly bar and family but had a grumpy waiter in the restaurant and service at dinner was slow. Food was good but if you were later down to breakfast quite a lot was already gone. Room exceeded my expectations, we were in the annex and there was plenty of room for our family, heated towel rails to dry all our ski wear. Overall really enjoyed the stay. We ate out a few nights for a bit of variety.
Just the service in the restaurant. They were overstretched and grumpy because of it.
