This is a truly beautiful hotel set in the stunning scenery of Alpbach! This was my wife and my first stay at the hotel and we will most certainly be back. The hotel oozes quality. Our room was very comfortable and had a lovely view from the balcony. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food throughout the day. The hotel's spa services are also very good.
There is very little to criticise or recommend for improvement, however given we stayed during a heatwave, an air conditioning unit in the bedroom would have been beneficial.

Ich hatte mehrfach nach einem fehlenden Waschbeckenstöpsel nachgefragt, das ist anscheinend untergegangen. Passiert.

Fantastic location, very helpful staff, excellent food and facilities
The bedroom was a little small but not a problem. Also hard to keep water within the shower area!
But these are very small issues.

המלון ממוקם גבוה בהר, הנוף מדהים אבל לא הייתי ממליץ על הדרך לשם בחורף. חדרים קצת מיושנים, האוכל לא מה שהוא. הנוף מדהים.
את הארוחות, אין מגבות להחלפה בספא, המלון דורש כבר שדרוג והוא ממוקם בעצם בשום מקום. אין מיזוג, היה חם בטירוף, לפחות נתנו מאוורר.
