The room was spacious and nice. Very clean and tidy. The pool was amazing as usual, my daughter loves it! The breakfast was also great with a lot of variety and very nice interior.

Big, clean room with a nice view and a comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff in the reception. Walking distance to the city centre was about 20-25 minutes and it felt safe to walk also at night. Nice to have access to the pool on hot summer days (FYI: the pool is open to the public, so it was quite crowded in the afternoon and they played very loud music, so it’s not like a regular hotel pool where you can simply chill and enjoy a calm afternoon with the other hotel guests. However, if you prefer a calmer pool experience you can try going when they open in the morning or the last 1,5 hours of the day, because at least when I was there, there was less people and less noisy music at the start and end if the day.)

No power outlets by the bed. The breakfast was ok but could have had some more variety.

The rooms were large with super kingsized beds.

The WiFi was non existent even though they have one it just didn’t work anywhere in the hotel. One of our rooms the air con, fridge and safe were broken, the other room had a a broken safe and none of these were ever mended despite reporting them. The staff didn’t seem too bothered and weren’t able to help getting a cab to the airport, it advertised a shuttle bus but that only goes to and from Sofia airport not Plovdiv airport which the told me on day 3 in reply to an email sent some days prior to our flights.
