The airport pick up and drop off was very well organised and seamless. The staff is very very helpful. The breakfast opens at 4 am which was great since we had an early morning flight. They also offer a packed breakfast for earlier departures. The room itself was comfortable and well appointed.
It would be good to have a water refill station on each floor since just 2 half litre bottles of water are provided which are inadequate after long travel especially if you want to make tea/coffee in the room. They do have a shop in the lobby to buy larger bottles but that means you add to plastic waste by buying more water bottles.

The rooms are huge and there are various amenities that all of different ages can participate in. There are sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi, pool, reflexology, gym, salon, karaoke room etc.
The journey to walk to our suite is very long as the rooms are all in one level. It’s like an infinity reaching to our room. Need to ensure that we don’t leave anything behind so that we don’t walk more.
