Comfortable room near the Alte Bruecke! Easy walk to the Altstadt,
Hard to find and drive to in Altstadt. Staff was confused when I arrived because their system was down and could not find my reservations, Had to check in at the coffee shop. Parking is five or six blocks away in a city Parkhaus. Stairs - no elevator. Very tiny bath, but functional! Never saw hotel staff- all business was completed with the baristas in the coffee shop.

Location excellent. Room large and comfortable, and well-equipped.
Generally half-arsed approach. Self check-in irritating-why can't you just email a room code? Never saw any member of staff. Hard to find, the Goldener Hecht name should be more prominent. Kettle provided but no coffee/milk.

Location was perfect!
The entrance to the property is really bad! Makes you feel like you are staying in someone’s backyard. Compared to the hotels in the area, very dissapointing!
