The owners were very friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations on places to visit. The breakfasts were of exceptional quality and were most enjoyable. The room was large and very comfortable, with a great view from the large balcony. The accommodation is conveniently located in a peaceful and picturesque community, with easy drives for day trips to all parts of the island.

Lloyd greeted us upon arrival with stick in paw and we spent plenty of time playing fetch during our stay — the beautiful border collie was definitely a highlight. Our room was exceptional and has everything you need in between adventures, beautiful views and a little balcony to take it all in. Host is fantastic, very friendly and very helpful with our nonexistent itinerary. Breakfast was divine, we had the Belgian waffles and eggs Benedict AND great coffee

King beds so comfy, view the best in American River
The host dhea was absolutely wonderful, we made a freind
Lloyd was equally accomadating provided you threw him a rock
Can't fault anything, we'll be back
Parking was a challenge but our host was a great help
