This is one of the most lovely hotels I have stayeda in. The location is stunning, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the rooms are lovely with the most amazing views. This is a family run hotel, it is completely charming,

(Almost) everything. The panoramic view is breathtaking and the wellness area in the preseason are amazing. There are no crowds at the pool or in the jacuzzis, and everyone tries to keep the atmosphere quiet and relaxing. The breakfast is excellent, the restaurant offers unique and special selection of dishes, and the wine selection is outstanding. The room is not particularly large, but it feels perfectly adequate, especially with the balcony. The bathroom has a modern, clean design and is equipped with a bidet beside the toilet and the shower. The lighting can be adjusted to suit your mood using the wall-mounted control panel. Mamma Rosina is always there, and her presence gives the place a genuine sense of family and tradition. Don't miss the Casoncello, made from Mamma Rosina's traditional family recipe. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance.
A fridge in the room would be a great addition. If you plan to stay for several days, you may find the otherwise excellent restaurant a little pricey and the menu somewhat limited, but just for the remark. It's still a strong 10/10.

exceptional view high above lake, exceptional facility from all inclusive spa, wonderful garden, building, service. Very friendly family run hotel / spa with restaurant, great breakfast bar in morning included, fancy restaurant service in evening only. Included spa facilities incl. infinity pool, multiple hot tubs / jacuzzies, sauna, all in high quality high standard. The price at the time in season (end april) was a bargain for the excellent service and facilities. Located high above the lake, good hiking from village
Restaurant had excellent food, well prepared / presented. Simpler dishes available on request only, Facility / hotel excellent, I am a more simple food dining person. Others loved the presentation and selection.
