I was received by Nadim at reception who was extremely polite and welcoming. He very kindly sorted secure parking and breakfast for me over at Hotel Austria, a five star hotel which I very much appreciated.
Also I was very pleased with the room I had at Crystal - yes it could perhaps do with a repaint in places but it was clean throughout and the bed made with nice crisp white sheets and very comfortable. Also only 11 minutes drive to Sarajevo Airport so ideally placed. The hotel is situated in a very nice parkland with trees all around creating shade and coolness on very hot days, the location at night is also nice and quiet and very peaceful. I do think some of the reviews I've read about this hotel are perhaps unfair. I had a pleasant stay here and experience!! I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Hotel Crystal. Thank you again Nadim for making me feel so welcome.

A szálloda egy szép parkban helyezkedik el. Szép, tágas szobánk volt a második szinten. A reggelit a szomszédos szállodában kaptuk, változatos, finom és bőséges volt.
A szálloda környéke sajnos eléggé szemetes.
Mivel meleg időszakban jártunk ott, ezért légkondícionált szállást kerestünk. Ez sajnos nagyon gyenge volt, mivel az ablak alatt, a függöny mögé rejtve volt egy rácsos nyílás, amin keresztül kellett volna a szobát hűteni. Mivel ez gyengén működött és nagyon meleg volt, ezért éjjel ablakot akartunk nyitni, hogy el bírjuk viselni a hőséget. Azonban az ablak alatt volt a szálloda hőszivattyúja, ami elviselhetetlenül hangos volt. Szerencsére csak két éjszakát aludtunk ott, a második este már füldugóval, hogy pihenni is tudjunk.
