Location was ideal for a stay in the city. Communication with the staff before we arrived was also great, they gave detailed information about how to check in, get keys, access WiFi etc. they also offered to store our luggage as we expected to arrive before our room would be ready. They were dealing with some water issues in a couple of the rooms so gave us a free upgrade to ensure we weren’t affected by anything. They were brilliant. The rooms were lovely and super clean. Staff on arrival were really friendly and helpful.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The hotel suited us perfectly, we really just used it as a space to sleep as we were out every day.

Very large room and a shower. Felt brand new and comfortable.
Nothing. If I had to pick , I’d say maybe its a bit further away from town centre than I wanted it to be, but I knew that before I booked this hotel, so can’t really complain.
