Вцелом очень понравилось! 300 евро за 4 ночи - то что нужно!

Завтраки, все перечисленные удобства очень понравились

В самом номере мало света, а тот что есть обладает холодными тонами, уменьшая уют. После уборки забыли положить шампунь и туалетную бумагу.

Nothing else to say and won’t recommend to anyone

Lady that worked Wednesday night in the restaurant was very nice. She opened National restaurant for us to have a dinner because 1st floor restaurant was smelled vary bad on smoke from the guests that were smoking cigarettes. I don’t remember her name but kudos to her. Breakfast staff was very nice as well . Big thanks to them only.

Front desk staff wasn’t welcoming at the time of check in. I asked if she can recommend sites to see while we are visiting the city, she wasn’t very helpful. Also, I asked her if I can find information on line she stated that no one updates anything on line at that point I turn my phone and asked her about Museum because I had information that my daughter texted me 20 minutes prior arriving and asked me to visit. Friday morning our bathrooms door got locked after my husband used around 5:30 am once I realized that I can’t open it. I called front desk and they told me that I have to wait until 7 am when maintenance guy comes in. 10-15 min later I had to call them back because I needed to use the restroom and keep my day moving. Finally they offered my room next to my to use bathroom. We’re very disappointed with the service.

Great value for the money.

Everything was perfect. Room was specious and clean. Hotel is wonderful building, in wide center of the city. In the same building, you can find great market and cafe, also the cinema. In front of the hotel is SCC big shoping mall. If you are tired, and don't want to go to the city center, you have everything there.

The mattress in our room was not in a condition we have expected.

The location is amazing, very central, next to malls.

It definitely needs a renovation, gym is very old and almost every machine was broken.

Near train and bus station. Pool good.

Good location to the train and bus. The pool was open and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves.

We did not think very much of breakfast, fried eggs were cold, sausages hard and horrible, a variety of salad things. Coffee and cocoa were not hot out of the machine. Instead of apple juice in the machine there was water. Breakfast let this place down badly. We were put on a no smoking floor, our room smelt of smoke, we complained and we were moved to a room that did not smell of smoke, I know it is a hard thing to do to make sure people do not smoke in there rooms, I thought cleaning staff may have smelt smoke in a room on the no smoking floor. Some of the reception staff very nice, some not. Be nice to have been told what there is to do in the area.

Swimming pool

The room was nice and very clean.

We didn't like the swimming pool and the pool is the reason we booked the hotel. There weren't stuff, we didn't get towels, the lockers in the changing room were broken. What is most important it looked dirty.

Very good!

Excellent location - close to the downtown (on a walking distance -1.3 km), next to two shopping centers, with places for eating, as well as two big supermarkets, opposite of the Museum.

The isolation of the room was not so good, and noise from the corridor or from outside is disturbing.

Exceptional

This hotel is iconic and holds such an important role in Sarajevos' modern history. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very comfortable and has a good-sized pool. .

This is a beautiful old hotel that has not been looked after for a long time and the employees treat their work irrespon

There is a free parking for guests

There is a dirtiest restaurant for breakfast I have ever seen. Staff did not clean the tables, the plates and glasses were dirty. I saw the waiter pick up a table knife from the floor and put it down for guests to use. The sink was broken, the tub was leaking.

excellent hotel and you won’t be disappointed , we travel a lot and it is an outstanding place

huge hotel well staffed with nice people , it’s a very good place to stay in Sarajevo and we would stay there again , lots of variety for breakfast and the room was quite well furnished and decorated quite modern . across the road from the shopping centre and easy walking everywhere in the city. we like this place . highly recommend

Good

The hotel is quite old and needs renovation. The breakfast could be much better, but you only have a normal offer. The room is comfortable, but the light in the hall did not work. The minibar is expensive. The staff at the reception strictly follow the protocol and are not flexible about check-in and checkout. The best part of the hotel is the location.

Strict procedure regarding checkout, no light at the hall of the bedroom. Minibar is expensive.
