Good location, close to the tram and about 20-25 min to the city center. Pool is fine but changing rooms are small.
1- Rooms and furniture feel old, and we found a spider!
2- No bidet hose in the bathroom and not enough water bottles.
3- Breakfast needs work: not much variety, coffee machine was down, no pancakes or labneh, bread was hit or miss, and juices weren’t fresh.
4- Advertised to have a spa but in reality there isn’t anything there and we never even saw a staff. There is no dedicated elevator to the pool area.
5- City tax charge was higher than other hotels we stayed at.

Kids loved the breakfast. Friendly staff, gave us whatever we need for the room. Comfortable stay.
Connecting rooms would have been great.

Location was Okay regular tram to old town about 100 meters away. the greetings team were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was okay.
Receptions team were a bit hit and miss with both service and assistance. Guest services must understaffed or have a broken phone as it was never answered. Housekeeping not very good had to follow up to get anything done, empty bins, refill shampoo etc., a big let down. it should also be made clear on the booking site, this is an alcohol-free site. Won't be rushing to book here again.
