The staff was very friendly (both male receptionists were super professional and very nice and kind) they helped us with all the questions and requests we had, the location was amazing right in the city center, everything within walking distance, the room was very big and had a kitchenette and fridge, space for our big luggages, breakfast was also very good and offered a wide selection of choices. I would stay here again!
The price is a bit high given the hotel is not brand new and the cleaning is not perfect, where it is most noticeable is in the bathroom, there was mold and dust all over the bathroom and not sure what was in the wc? (Please see pictures attached). Some decor looked outdated and old. Also our room was super hidden and far from the lobby we had to walk like 5 min to get to our room as it was at the end of the last corridor and the exit located there was closed so to get in and out we had to walk all the way from the lobby. Next to the hotel, right below our window there was a bar so you could hear music all night long, the sound proof windows need to be improved and my last suggestion is to add maple syrup to the breakfast options as I had pancakes but you could only eat them with marmalade or nutella.

The staff went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay in Sarajevo possible.
Nothing, The facilities were excellent. We took advantage of the spa and gym during our stay. Our room was exemplary, especially since we were on the top floor suite.

Spa area is nice and a good central location.
Window shutters didn't work. Breakfast is poor quality and not staffed properly.
Watery fruit juice. No cocoa in the coffee machine for 3 days. Stale pastries. Cooked food that gave me stomach problems.
Disappointed
