Great location, within easy walking distance from most of the major sites of Sarajevo and a wide range of restaurants and cafés. Well appointed rooms. Friendly helpful staff at reception. Great choice for breakfast. (Go for the creamy scrambled eggs, which are delicious.)
Noise from the tram which runs on the road next to the river behind the property and which starts operation at 05:00 in the morning. Windows are not sufficiently sound-proof, which is surprising given the otherwise high quality of the property.

Excellent location, clean and sizeable room and good breakfast
Located next to the tram line and main street. Extremely noisy and can disrupt sleep as trams run from 5am to 12pm. It's very pricey for a boutique hotel.. This isn't a 5 star hotel. It's a 4 star boutique hotel.
