Great location, hospitable staff, big rooms, dedicated parking.
We had questions about the overall layout of the room - I think one may use more privacy in a restroom that is not possible because the shower and the toilet were just separated with glass partitions from the rest of the room

Very friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast and good location between the river and the bus/railway station. Good transport links to the airport and the city center.

The hotel is very convenient for the bus station, and it is in an overall good location. It is easy to find. It has a lift if you have a lot of luggage. The room and bathroom were good for the price. The staff were helpful.
My room had the ugliest view ever, just some old water tanks and an untidy back yard. The room was Ok, but a bit tired. It is noisy as it is on the busiest street in Sarajevo. I am a good sleeper, so not sure if it stays noisy through the night.
