There was only one available electrical plug in available besides the one in the bathroom, which is terribly high up and I couldn’t reach it.

Room didn't meet the description/photos had a weird layout with corners. Problems with WiFi and hot water. Limited English among staff

it was clean and location is good (really close to Bascarsija). Room was very big.

The room was in kind of basement (well it was ground floor, but on the other side it was close to a wall (no view), no balcony. It was really hot, we had to have windows open during the night. it was much cooler outside. the bed was way to soft!

I visited Sarajevo because of my business meetings. I have stayed in this hotel before, this was my forth stay in the Hotel Berr. I enjoyed my stay and short vacation. My room was clean and tidy, also the bed was so comfortable. My warm reccommendation for everyone, especially if you want to stay at the very center of the city. Best location :) Best staff :)

The property is in the center of Sarajevo. It is a cozy place with beautiful and comfortable rooms. I have stayed on the second floor, my room was a big one where I had a lot of space for everything, it was clean and nice. Special thanks to hotel Berr staff since they were really helpful and friendly. Definitely I recommend everyone to stay here if they visit Sarajevo!

I give two stars just for location. I really don't understand how and why people rate it for five stars. Yes, location is good, very close to center. But common, people, hotel itself doesn't earn more then two stars and as I mentioned before it's just for location. Hotel isn't comfortable at all. There was noone who helped us with luggages, to take them to the 2nd floor.. no breakfast..no interest in guests at all... We reserved a room with a teras, but we didn't get even a balcony.. The wals are thin as a paper. We could hear all children screaming next door ( by the way we stayed as a family of three and even my 12 year old asked me why it's so noisy around..) Besides the children nose we could hear all the cleaning doing around...and the cleaning staff try to enter our room, although we were inside and the door was locked... Also there was smoke smell coming from the bathroom ventilation.. Last but not least the two person bed was awful, it was not narrow, very much uncomfortable, we had back pain after each night and additional to that they put two separated duvet for two people bed...

Hotel Berr, great place to enjoy your trip in Sarajevo... The room was on the second floor as I requested, it was big, clean and comfy. Special thanks to the reception, so helpful staff. Warm recommendation for this hotel.

The building is in the center of the city, old town. Great hotel if you would like to feel the Sarajevo and its soul. My room was extremely big, clean and comfortable. The weather was so nice during my stay, so I enjoyed my stay in Sarajevo. The workers in the hotel were so polite and friendly, special thanks to receptionists.

Few minutes walking from city center, big room and safe parking for my Vespa in front of the entrance. .. Helpful friendly owner and staff.....Recommended

The owners of the hotel are the most kind hosts you will find in Sarajevo. Very helpful and flexible in finding solutions for your needs. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, the location is 1 minute away from the old city center and they have a free parking space. I will definitely visit again.

Noise from the main street, but that is understandable considering the hotel is located in the heart of Sarajevo.
