The property is well located and very quiet, providing a peaceful environment. The room was clean, and the staff were helpful whenever we needed assistance.
The breakfast was decent, but not particularly outstanding, and the same could be said about the cleanliness. Although the staff were friendly and helpful when communicating in English, it was very unpleasant to hear them speaking negatively about us in Bosnian, assuming that we would not understand the language—which, in fact, we did. In addition, we were told that the parking area was secure and would be locked at night, but it was left open, which did not match the information provided beforehand

The location is great, right at the end of the old town. The wifi worked well, staff was very nice, the breakfast had sufficient choice and water, coffee and tea was available all day.
The cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom. The rooms are not very noise insulated - both windows and doors, so everything outside and in the hallways was very audible. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable in my opinion.

After the accommodation was confirmed, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The directions provided to reach the hotel made it very easy for us to find. The location is very central. Cleanliness was definitely excellent. Breakfast was not very varied, but it was sufficient and satisfying.

Amazing location.. helpful staff.. I checked out a few hours later and they were very accommodating.
More choices at breakfast would be good. As a vegetarian, I didn't take the cheese as it was touching the meat . No daily cleaning so you need to ask for more toilet roll, soap etc .
