Very friendly and welcoming staff, everything was clean and well maintained. The location is excellent – close to the city centre, but still quiet and peaceful. Private parking is a big plus, and the breakfast was absolutely excellent.
Nothing worth mentioning – everything met our expectations.

Very large rooms, very clean and comfortable.
Advertised as free parking. Upon booking, I was told that I had to pay for parking in front of the hotel. There was very limited free parking nearby. Local neighbours complained at the amount of cars that were occupying the area. The false advertising has affected the overall score.
The hotel is also located on top of a very steep hill, easy commute to the old town, however, it will be uncomfortable for some to walk up the steep hill to get to the hotel.

Kind and available
They were not responsible, they talked but didn't do anything, even to get a taxi.
Everything was clean. The staff were kind but no one was responsible. I had a ticket for 7am. I told two people at the reception twice for a taxi. They said everything was OK, but no one was there and no taxi was taken. No one answered me and I lost my ticket. The door to the room could be opened with the card but it wouldn't lock. The lock was broken. The heating was broken. At night, I put a chair behind the door and they said someone would come at 2am. I waited until 3am but no one came
