Room was very comfortable. Lady at the front desk super friendly and knowledgeable about the city with many recommendations of what to see and do even extending to other Bosnian cities outside of Sarajevo for me to visit.
Can be slightly noisy at night with trams and nearby bars etc but I slept well.
Reception could be manned slightly more often and luggage storage but there is a place nearby which is cheap for bags anyway.

I enjoyed my stay at Divan very much. The rooms are exceptionally clean and have a modern look, the location is excellent, and the staff are super-responsive and friendly. Aja was great and welcoming and provided useful advice where to go for tours, food etc. A lovely place and nice people. From my room, I heard both the muezzin calls for prayer from the minaret nearby, and the bells of the Orthodox church as well! Truly the spirit of Sarajevo.
The hotel is located right in the historic center, so at night the sounds of parties outside and the smell of restaurants are heard and felt, as well as the sound of the city tram all day long - this didn't bother me much, but I thought it may be worth mentioning for people who may be sensitive to noise and smells.

the location is perfect, right in the old town. the staff is very friendly
there was a smell in the rooms and the bedding was not comfortable
