Great location across from the Latin bridge. I liked the self-checkin process as our flight was late and we didn't arrive until after midnight. Room was great. A little bit of outside noise but was quiet during the night.
There was a sign saying not to flush toilet paper and instead throw in the bin. Nevertheless, we followed the instructions as it wasn't a big deal and the plumbing was all fine.

Very central and convenient location, right on the edge of the old town (Baščaršija) where all the touristy shops and restaurants are. The modern shopping street is also nearby, and it's easy walking distance to the cable car to Trebević mountain. The terminus of the airport bus (line 200E) is nearby. The rooms are modern, very clean and comfortable. It's a quiet side street and all rooms are at the back side of the building, so no noise nuisance from outside. Very comfortable rain shower and good mattresses and air-conditioning. Good wifi.
There can be a bit of noise from the corridor and the other rooms, but as there are only 2-3 rooms on each floor it's not bad at all. Reception opening hours depend on the opening times of the tourist agency below, but they have a system to enter when it is closed. They only accept cash payment, which is annoying as it costs 5-10 euros to withdraw money from ATMs. There's no parking at the hotel and the nearby parking that I found charged 2 euros per hour, so that adds quite a lot to the cost.
