he location could not be better: right in the heart of the city, just a few steps from the main street, yet in pleasant surroundings. The bed was very comfortable, the shower cabin was spacious, and the water pressure was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is tastefully designed. The lobby is a particularly enjoyable space to relax or work, offering views of the lively street and excellent espresso coffee.
The complimentary late check-out was greatly appreciated, as was the free extension of parking after check-out.
There was a misunderstanding regarding the parking fee, which was, however, eventually resolved. Although the listing on Booking.com stated that parking was free of charge, I was initially asked to pay €15 per day. When I pointed out the discrepancy, I was only given an explanation that the parking policy had recently changed and that the information online might not yet have been updated. It was only after I insisted that I was offered complimentary parking for the duration of my stay.

Central location, walking distance to the main attractions. Lots of cafes, shops and restaurants around. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Good towels. Mini bar in the room. No electric kettle but I asked for one and it was provided. Extra pillows and spacious closet.
The double bed was actually two single beds put together, the mattress was super soft and not very comfortable to sleep in.

Location.
The sheets weren’t clean and had black hairs on them. The shower gel dispenser was empty, and someone had left the windows open, so the carpet got all wet from the rain.
