New, modern and clean. And the location is PERFECT! 10 minutes easy walk to Bascarsija but still away from crowd, in a very calm street.

The manager is excellent and goes out of her way to help. The location is ideal - incredibly central and just steps from everything, yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet at night.
I’ve stayed at Hotel Europe, and I actually prefer this hotel. Hotel Europe undoubtedly has the history and old-world charm that this one doesn’t, but for the price, this place is very difficult to fault. The rooms are also fantastically spacious.
A special shout-out to Mirza, whose wonderfully abrupt, unmistakably Balkan manner made us laugh he is very funny and part of the hotel’s charm.
There were a few teething issues. The shower flooded the bathroom, and the wall-mounted shower-gel dispenser and other fittings kept coming loose but these seem easily fixable and did not outweigh the positives.
