The service was always incredible. The staff at the front desk, snow rental counter and restaurant were all very professional, helpful and did their jobs well. The location is great as it is a ski in ski out.
The onsen always seemed to be in need of cleaning. Lots of hairs every time I visited.

Location. Friendly helpful staff. Convenient ski rental. Good food options for breakfast and dinner buffet. Dining was never crowded either. Spacious rooms.
Towels could have been better quality.

施設も綺麗でスタッフも対応が良く非常に居心地の良いホテルでした。朝食夕食のバイキングもメニューの補充も細やかで料理が切れて食べられないことはありませんでした。サービスは素晴らしいと思います。
最もひどかったのはWIFIが全く使い物にならなかったことです。非常に残念です。youtubeすら見られることがかないません。また、ゲレンデ真横とは言えず少し坂を登らないとホテルに戻れません。これはしょうがないとはいえ疲れて帰ってきて最後の短い上り坂は堪えました。

スキー場が近くて便利でした。
寒波の影響で除雪が間に合わなかった点です。（スタッフは頑張ってくれました）
