We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the house. The location was perfect — very central and convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
We did experience a few issues with a water leak during our stay, but the staff were extremely supportive, responsive, and helpful throughout. Their 24-hour service was a real plus, and they made every effort to assist us and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated the excellent support and hospitality. We would be happy to stay here again!

Very charming property in a lovely location in Porto Cervo Marina. We had a great apartment on the property, the facilities weren’t the most brand new but it was very cozy and the staff were super helpful for our late check in and other needs we had. Was very impressed with the location and how convenient it was, everything was near including the wonderful restaurant right next door. Parking was always available, and the apartment had everything needed, including a great view for us.
Only thing I could think to complain about was the shower was a bit small, but it was no issue real issue whatsoever.

La posizione e la piscina
Orario del check in e check out rivalutabili ma comunque già ne ero a conoscenza essendo pubblicato qui. Pulizia lascia a desiderare ma anche questo non dipende dalla proprietà ma dalla ditta di pulizie che cambierei. Molto tirati sui campioncini per il bagno (solo due saponette e due shampoo da 30ml l’uno per 3 giorni, per 2 persone, bagnoschiuma non contemplato). È vero che se vai in reception non penso ci siano problemi a farsene dare altri ma ovviamente non essendo il mio primo pensiero della giornata me ne ricordavo una volta in doccia. Altra pecca importante scaldabagno da 30 litri d’acqua che si ricaricava dopo dieci minuti dalla prima doccia (se si è in più di due diventa un problema). Condizionatore unico, in salotto, per tutta la casa. Mura rinfrescate ma porte lasciate in legno vecchie e usurate. L’ultima notte è andata anche via la corrente siamo stati senza aria condizionata ed elettricità per frigo ecc. Per il prezzo che si paga non vale il servizio, da rivalutare
