I stayed in the Theodorico room, which was spacious, bright, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and exceptionally comfortable. It felt luxurious, especially for a solo traveller. The location is excellent, close to the historic centre yet in a peaceful neighbourhood. The host was very kind and helpful, even assisting me with my luggage. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely choose Casa Aurora again whenever I return to Ravenna.
Everything was excellent! If I had to suggest one small improvement, slightly better lighting in the room during the night would make it even more comfortable.

The bed is comfortable, very clean room and the location is amazing, a few minutes away from everything.
The bathroom is very small. The sofa bad was very uncomfortable.

Location was good.
The staff we were dealing with were quite abrupt in the way they dealt with us. Being pleasant in the way you talk to guests who chose to stay would be my recommendation. Nothing to do with language as I speak fluent Italian and my wife is Italian.
No need to continuously repeat by Whatsapp that we have to leave by 10am before we have even checked in. Really.....
Also. There is a kitchen in the property. How about a small fridge there and may be some kitchen utensils to prepare breakfast?
