The location and the friendliness of the staff.

I didn’t like 3 things : the 1st was the lack of good coffee at breakfast, the machines were never working properly. The 2nd works ongoing by the side of the beach as it won’t let you relax. The 3rd thing which is what disliked the most was the people that the hotel get in for day use. My last day they brought in a couple that used loud music, spoke loud, & created issues with the service and the staff kept apologizing for no big deal reason. I really didn’t like to pay what I pay and these people came in not even from the reception area but from the walking of the beach area. I didn’t feel safe either. Finally train the staff of HSK to replace the towels and the bath mat when they take them.

Rooms too small

We liked the room, which was quite and spacious with a decent size bed, and the feel on the hotel rounds was calm. It was alos nice the direct acess to the beach and quiet sunbed area with shade facing the sea. The staff was always avaialble to help.

We stayed for one week at Hilton Taghazout and, overall, had a pleasant stay, but it fell short of what we expected from a Hilton five-star property. Breakfast was extremely crowded every morning, making it difficult to find a table, with frequent shortages of cutlery, glasses, and basic items. The room also showed signs of wear, with old bed linens that had to be replaced, and our room phone never worked despite reporting it on the first day. The food quality in the restaurants was average at best and overpriced for the standard offered, so we only ate there twice. Beach service was inconsistent, with long periods without any waiter attending the sunbed area. We were also surprised that hotel guests were asked to pay an additional 150 MAD per person to watch the Morocco vs. France World Cup match on the hotel's big screen, which was disappointing. The hotel, although only a few years old, already feels in need of refurbishment and better maintenance. Despite these issues, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the property remains a decent place to stay, but it does not currently deliver the experience expected from a Hilton resort in this category.
