I had good experience on this hotel. The guy named Ayden was very friendly. The food was nice and the cleaning lady was very efficient and kind.I had a good experience at this hotel. A staff member named Aydin was very friendly and kind, and I had some great discussions with him on various topics. The food was good, and the cleaning staff were very efficient and polite.
One of the staff members was a bit rude and unfriendly (I won’t name them), and I believe they could work on their attitude. Despite that, I would still give the hotel 5 stars overall.

Good to have a pool for a swim.
There was a sauna you could use once during your stay.
Helpful, friendly staff.
Tour maps of Baku were provided at reception.
Accommodation helped arrange a pick up from airport.
Breakfast was basic and not a great selection.
Bathroom was small and water pressure not that good.

The staff was helpful and friendly.
The facilities were very outdated. The faucet handle came off our sink. The floor was very squeaky, and early each morning we were awakened by the sound of chairs scraping on the floor above us (the restaurant). The restaurant did not exactly have a panoramic view of the Caspian Sea, but it was pretty. We had dinner there one evening and they were out of most things on the menu. The swimming pool was freezing (even in the hottest part of the summer) and smaller than the pictures show. The sauna is free only for one time.
