Room with balconies was beautiful with a beautiful view of ocean. Lorraine (the owner) went above and beyond, driving us to a restaurant and taking us on a tour. She is a very sweet lovely lady, and provided coffee and treats.

Lorraine was very helpful in providing information, taking me shopping and was available at any time to answer questions. Had the whole place to myself, and really enjoyed that. Room was nice and clean, had AC & shower in room. Bed was nice and clean and I slept very well all nights. Property was within driving distance of great snorkelling spots and within walking distance of Anse des Sable beach and the town of Vieux Fort. Quiet & safe, did not see any people walking around the area at night or in the day.

I stayed at the upper house. I was the only person there other than host (this is someone's home). It is a beautiful property part way up the hill with a fantastic view of the sunset and of the Pitons in the distance. It is very quiet there for a good night's sleep.
I really needed a break at the time and this was the perfect place for it. I walked up 30 minutes to the observatory at the top of the hill for a beautiful view of the southern part of St. Lucia. Later in the day, I walked another 40 minutes to the beach by the airport for a good lunch and some more relaxation.
The host will arrange for taxi rides to and from either airport. The taxi company can arrange for excursions if you want.
I would highly recommend if you want to get away from it all.
