Room was clean , with comfy beds.
Room was small and the person staying next door you could here them walking due to creaking floor boards. Outside appearance just needs a little more love and clean up.

The friendly staff and cleanliness
The shower was hard to turn on and basin tap was wobbly

Friendly staff, clean sheets, great location close to beach
Smelly drains in bathroom, only one chair in family suite, no towels until we asked, nowhere to sit on balcony, no hair-dryer as advertised, kettle was full of rusty sediment and unusable.
Noisy construction works across road early in morning and room was not soundproof as advertised.

"Location is great. We arrived quite late but the chef insisted on opening the kitchen to cook a meal for us. Amazing hospitality."
