The staff was super kind and helpful
The infrastructure of the hotel is amazing, the spa is so spacious, super calm and peaceful

Das Hotel besticht durch die ruhige Lage inmitten der Natur und am See. Der Wellnessbereich ist einzigartig, unter anderem durch den direkten Seezugang.
Das Essen ist fantastisch und das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Zunächst dachten wir schon es ist ein Hundehotel - in unserem Gang waren in fast jedem Zimmer Hunde (teilweise 2 und 3) untergebracht, dadurch wurden wir nicht nur einmal durch Hudegebell geweckt. (das Haus ist zwar saniert, aber eben doch ein Altbau)
Der Gang wurde zwar täglich gereinigt, wer allerdings eine Tierhaarallergie o. ä. hat ist hier definitiv fehl am Platz.

Das Hotel war traumhaft - extrem schön war der Wellnessbereich und der beheizte Outdoor-Pool, sowie Sauna und See. Das tägliche Menü war top und besonders das Personal, vorallem die liebe Jana, sehr professionell und herzlich!
Irgendwie konnte man (oder ich) keine angenehme Wassertemperatur in der Dusche erreichen, entweder zu kalt oder brennheiss.
